Not new, but an existing internet market supplement to PayPal.com. If
needed/desired as an internet transaction partner. BidPay is
already referenced and coordinated with several eBay sellers and can be
started on line as a seller/buyer account; or unilaterally used for one
purchase with a bank or credit instrument.
A small fee is charged sellers; the system is similar to PayPal and
works well on light computers. Buyers/sellers may want or need both
companies.
