So, re-start anotherTwitter account; that's right, join again - but use
the ALREADY GETTING TWITTER ON YOUR PHONE OPTION - and follow the idiot
instructions. That process verifies your mobile phone to the new
account in the course of set-up; if youenter YOURS as requested.

NB this is not the same as re-verifying or listing a new mobile device
under DEVICES in your SETTINGS as with an existing or otherwise opened
account. This has to be done at the PC or equivalent.
