Official Secrets Act vs. US Constitution

American are a firm chartist people and have a flexible, firm, written constitution. It is their [our] crown. In any contest of state interests, it is superior to another nation's powers. Its citizens are the objective of the Constitution's liberty protections of property and people.

Whenever the british Official Secrets Act is plead, the US Constitution will prevail in the United States, and wherever the USA can protect its citizens from such fiat usurpation.
The British Governemt have routinely declined to stay the Official Secrets Act when executively directed not to do so in the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom's Constitution floats as does that of Israel. It provides no provision for invalidity of the Official Secrets Act, other than a vagarous attempt at argument of constitutional violation.

Any attempt to use any American's identity or property without due process of law or compensation, is clearly forbidden.
Only the rarest balance of state interests would permit a certain exigency of state for the shortest time.

In that interest of good comity for liberty and good state interest, as two allied and friendly governments compare notes and protect a US Citizen's identity [his property] from crime and arbitrary pretextual intelligence use, a prior blog-posting of this blog will be extracted. The security of the US Citizen and his Government in balance with other friendly Governments prevails by US law and Constitution. Which Constitution exists for no greater purpose, than service of its citizens; not for deliverance to unwarranted submission.

That Johnny Rivers hit song "Secret Agent Man" has lyrics which cannot be in the USA. They never take your name away in the USA, even when they give you a number. Stolen names are not legitimate covers, including pools of US armed forces or civil service names formed in a collect for re-distribution. That is actually the better British policy and case, also. ("Secret Agent Man ... they've given you a number, and taken away your name!")

Will also sound laike bad US politicos giving criminal secret patronage with a name assigned to a people-rotated desk with paycheck. Thecriminal defense is that it "saves personnel time" .. huh?
