TWITTER BLACKOUT REQUEST
TWITTER users world wide are asked by other Twitter users to join a blackout today in protest of TWITTER contracts in some lesser libertied countries. The purpose is to remind Twitter that it should not participate in state censorship by relaxing TWEET removal options for host nations. This blackout is intended as a 24 message to TWITTER by its users.
This TWEETER DUOSCOTTMCON will join them.
