A Good Incumbent
A Good Incumbent: Does what he said he would do if elected to office Masters events rather than becoming masterd by events Maintains the public trust Conserves the Treasury and protects the Nation Seeks no more than the function of the office Leads by the office Preserves the capacity and power of the office by personal dignity Expands the trust and confidence of all the people by his conduct Hence a good incumbent deserves re-election. An endorsement, again, of George W. Bush and Richard Cheney for re-election.
